[Design system] Apply the density preference everywhere #923
Description
Summary
density-provider exists; tables and order book should honour compact/comfortable.
Status: proposal. Nothing like this exists yet; this is a new capability.
Acceptance criteria
- Change lives in
packages/ui(tokens/primitives) where applicable; app code consumes it -
bun run check:tokenspasses with no new allowlist entries ords-allow - Light and dark screenshots before/after in the PR; no unintended visual regressions
- Gallery/design-system docs updated to reflect the change
Part of the 2026-10-15 UX/quality review of main @ 4c5cf1d. Contributors: read AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md. The full commit gate must pass, with no eslint-disable, .skip, or lowered thresholds. Comment here before starting so work isn't duplicated.
