…hrough_th (#761) Session creation in concurrently running tests runs infer::gather, which shells out to the process-global SMOOTH_TH_BIN without TH_BIN_LOCK and can append 'pearls prime' to this test's fake th log. That failed the release version job for #754 and #760, so v0.71.0 and v0.71.2 never published. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Minor Changes
PtyHost(th-dc9822, ADR-011 phase 4):SMOOTH_FLOW_HOST=ptyruns new sessions each under its ownsmooth-daemon flow-hostinstead of tmux. Exit codes come from the host'swait(no wrapper, no "unknown after 3 s"), pastes are bracketed only when the program set mode 2004, manifest keys follow DECCKM and Kitty flags, and scraping reads the host's VT. Sessions survive a daemon crash or restart: the next daemon adopts their hosts, settles exits that happened while it was down, and leaves hosts with no row of its own running. Each row records itshost(a newsessions.hostcolumn, also on the wireSession), so live tmux sessions finish on tmux; tmux stays the default. Onptysessions an attach opens withflow.replay(or, for clients that don't ask for it, the snapshot as oneESC c ESC[3J-prefixedflow.output), and lag, resizes and relaunches resync attached clients. The shipped daemons are now built with thepty-hostfeature, and the flow e2e suite runs every scenario on both hosts.
