Thanks for the review @craigw-SO. I pushed updates to address all of your comments, but I have two questions:

Looking really good, just a couple spots we need to tighten
I think that could be helpful, though we should make it clear that these are general API endpoints that are used for extension purposes. We should make it clear how extensions relate to each endpoint. For instance:
This makes it sound like the endpoint is only for extensions. |
| Use these BloodHound API operations when developing OpenGraph extensions. The saved-query operations also support queries created outside extensions; their extension-specific behavior is described below. | ||

| ## API endpoints |

For a future iteration, we may want to consider breaking this list into different subsections, similar to how they're organized in the OpenAPI spec/API Explorer.
I think the three groups that would make sense are Extensions, Graph Data, Custom Nodes.
This would be helpful because then we can put the extension endpoints at the top and the custom node endpoints (which we plan to deprecate eventually) towards the bottom. This would put focus on the most important parts first.

| | `GET` | [`/api/v2/saved-queries`](/reference/cypher/list-saved-queries) | List saved queries accessible to the current user. | Use `scope=all` or `scope=public` to include extension-managed queries, identified in the response by `scope: "extension"`. Filter by `extension_id` to find queries for a specific extension. | |

Good call-out on the difference between the request and the response shape w/r/t scope
