🟡 Changes recommended
Concurrency and telemetry descriptions need corrections, and the pagination move leaves an existing section link broken.

Review comments at @docs/openhound/collectors/okta/collect-data.mdx:
- Line 29: Update the service-app authentication guidance to describe only the
supported RSA public/private key-pair option and remove the symmetric
client-secret alternative, keeping the existing limited read-only permission
guidance unchanged.
- Around line 16-17: Update the setup note in the Okta data-collection
documentation to distinguish BloodHound Enterprise from Community Edition: limit
shared instructions to Okta credential settings, and direct Enterprise users to
the Enterprise deployment guide for the required collector client and
destination configuration. Do not imply that the Community Edition setup applies
unchanged to Enterprise.
Review comments at
@docs/openhound/collectors/okta/large-environment-settings.mdx:
- Line 30: Replace the literal {PREFIX} placeholder throughout the Okta
environment-variable tables with the explicit SOURCES__SOURCE__OKTA prefix so
readers can copy usable variable names directly.
- Line 110: Update the concurrency guidance near the endpoint-specific
rate-limit links to state that Okta’s default concurrency limit is 35 for
Integrator Free organizations and 75 for Workforce Identity and Customer
Identity organizations, and instruct readers to verify their organization’s
applicable limit before setting org_concurrency.
Review comments at @docs/openhound/collectors/okta/okta-app-registration.mdx:
- Line 133: Update the rate-limit recovery statement to clarify that OpenHound
waits and retries within the configured rate_limit_max_elapsed_seconds window,
and that collection can fail with OktaRetryExhaustedError if the window expires.
Review comments at @docs/openhound/collectors/okta/performance-telemetry.mdx:
- Line 119: Update the table description for slot_wait to state that it measures
time waiting for both the Okta endpoint-family concurrency slot and the
organization-wide org_concurrency gate, without implying any additional
behavior.
- Line 95: Update the telemetry documentation around the collector’s failure
behavior to avoid promising an exporter-failure record. State that destination
or writer failures are logged by the collector, may leave no complete telemetry
record, and require readers to check collector logs and treat a missing summary
as incomplete telemetry.
- Line 14: Update the configuration section near “Add the following section to
config.toml” to identify the deployment-specific DLT configuration path: use
.dlt/config.toml for standalone runs, ~/.dlt/config.toml for Docker Compose, and
/app/.dlt/config.toml for Kubernetes mounts; label the example accordingly.

I left one comment about fixing an anchor link that no longer resolves based on these changes.
Aside from that, I have nothing substantive to add for editorial review. I defer to your judgement on Copilot's suggestions.
The only thing I'm curious about is whether this should accompany a proper OpenHound release, which is our current official distribution model for OpenHound collectors.
Typically, we would advertise changes like this in release notes as well if they're a result of code changes.

@jeff-matthews Thanks for the review! Most of the bot findings relate to pre-existing text that this PR only moves to the new standalone pages AS IS — I'd prefer if we addressed those in a follow-up PR rather than grow the scope here. I've fixed the broken release-notes anchor and aligned the CE/Enterprise prerequisites with the GitHub collector's phrasing. Regarding timing: agreed this should ship with a proper OpenHound release and release notes. We should coordinate the date with product, but I'd like to aim for next week. /CC: @ConnorMathena |

Thank you for the docs contribution @MichaelGrafnetter ❤️. It's very much appreciated. Let's see what Product says about release coordination. When that becomes more clear, I can work on integrating with other release related docs and prep release notes. |

This documents the Okta collector changes from BED-10052 and also includes BED-10053 and BED-10053.
As the number of configuration options has grown, the long Collect Data page was split into multiple pages:
