Kept the existing SpecterOps frontmatter, including metadata.

Validation: skill validation and Linux CI passed.

## Existing Research

When research artifacts are supplied:

- Use the MVP scope, graph model, relationship evidence, and authentication comparison as planning inputs.
- Carry agreed kinds, edge directions, creation conditions, and traversability into the collector plan.
- Record unresolved collection questions and any necessary model changes with supporting evidence.
