Addressed Issues:

No linked issue. This adds the peer audit and the AI security review, each with its remediation report, in an audit/ folder, as the GSoC completion checklist asks.

Screenshots/Recordings:

Not applicable. Documentation only.

Additional Notes:

audit/ contains:

File What it is
Chainvoice-Peer-Audit-v1.0.pdf Rohan's peer audit (@rohans02), against a36a29b. Verdict: Ready
Chainvoice-Peer-Audit-v1.0_remediations.md The 5 audit findings and their fixes (#335, #332)
sec_review_2026-10-02T08-41-50Z_2657bf6.md The security-review skill's report against 2657bf6
sec_review_2026-10-02T08-41-50Z_2657bf6_remediations.md Its 7 findings and their fixes (#247, #309, #317, #238, #228, #227)
README.md Index of the above

All findings in both reports are fixed on main. The minor observations from the audit's functional testing are tracked for after launch.

The sign-off table in the PDF (section 10.3) is still blank. Signatures can be added in a later revision of the PDF.

The tool-output/ folder the PDF mentions in Appendix A (Slither, coverage and PoC scripts) is not included yet. It can be added once Rohan shares it.

The AI review goes in audit/ rather than the skill's default security-reviews/ so all audit material sits in one folder.
