Summary

Roll the site to Sunny Tech 2027, held on 1 and 2 July 2027 in Montpellier. The venue is not announced yet, so the location page is hidden until it is. The programme, speakers and sponsors still come from the 2026 OpenPlanner event, so they are labelled as the 2026 edition.

The 2026 site is tagged v2026 and archived at https://2026.sunny-tech.io (Firebase project sunnytech-2026).

Changes

  • src/og/event.ts: year 2027, dates 2027-07-01 / 2027-07-02, display string "1er & 2 juillet 2027" (OG images, schedule copy).
  • src/components/home/Hero.astro: "1er et 2 juillet 2027 à Montpellier"; the "Voir le programme" button is replaced by "Devenez sponsor de l'édition 2027" (links to /sponsoring).
  • src/layouts/Layout.astro: page title for 2027; event JSON-LD takes its name and dates from EVENT and only states the city, since the venue is unknown.
  • src/components/home/SponsorsBlock.astro: "Rejoignez les sponsors de l'édition 2027" when there are no sponsors.
  • Location page hidden:
    • src/pages/location.astro → src/pages/_location.astro, so Astro no longer builds it (/location returns 404, not in the sitemap).
    • Menu entry commented out in src/components/Menu.astro.
    • Removed from llms.txt sections and from the static OG page lists (src/og/ogImage.ts, src/pages/og-preview.astro, src/pages/og/pages/[page].png.ts).
  • site-files.config.mjs: llms.txt details now say the venue will be announced soon.
  • 2026 labels for OpenPlanner content: new PROGRAM_EDITION constant in src/og/event.ts, used for:
    • menu "Programme 2026" / "Speakers 2026";
    • "Sponsors 2026" heading and sponsor banner "L'édition 2026 a été rendue possible grâce au soutien de";
    • /speakers title, speaker page titles, session page back link "Programme 2026";
    • llms.txt programme section (hardcoded in site-files.config.mjs, which cannot import the TS file);
    • speaker OG cards: footer dated "2 & 3 juillet 2026" and sunnytech-2026-07 filename suffix.
  • Footer: "Sunny Tech 2026" link to https://2026.sunny-tech.io in the past editions list.
  • Unlisted email signature generator at /signature (src/pages/signature.astro, src/components/signature/signatureHtml.ts): first name, last name, optional phone. Copies the rich signature (Gmail) or its HTML (Apple Mail, Thunderbird), with LinkedIn (/in/sunnytech) and Bluesky icons in brand pink from public/email-signature/. Not in the menu, excluded from the sitemap, and served with noindex, nofollow via a new noindex layout prop.

To bring the location page back: rename _location.astro to location.astro, then revert the menu, llms.txt and OG list changes.

Not changed

  • Schedule, speakers and sessions still come from the 2026 OpenPlanner event. When the OPENPLANNER_URL repo variable points to the 2027 event, set PROGRAM_EDITION to the 2027 values and update the llms.txt labels.
  • Firebase env: production keeps the sunnytechwebsite project.
  • Firebase redirects still point to the 2026 CFP and sponsor forms.
  • OpenFeedback slug (sunnytech2026) on session pages and the anecdotes storage key are tied to the 2026 data.

Speaker OG card still dated 2026.

Test plan

  • astro check: 0 errors, 0 warnings
  • Home page title and hero show the 2027 dates, menu no longer lists "Lieu"
  • /location returns 404 and is absent from sitemap.xml and llms.txt
  • JSON-LD location only contains the city
  • Dev server: menu, hero sponsor button, sponsors heading and banner, /speakers title, speaker page title and OG image show 2026
  • https://2026.sunny-tech.io returns 200
  • /signature: preview updates, no email line, tel:+33… link, both copy buttons report "Copié !", robots meta is noindex, nofollow

Roll the site to Sunny Tech 2027, held on 1 and 2 July 2027 in
Montpellier. The venue is not announced yet, so the location page is
hidden: it is renamed to _location.astro so Astro no longer builds it,
its menu entry is commented out, and it is dropped from llms.txt and
the static OG image list. Rename the file back once the venue is known.

The event JSON-LD now reads its name and dates from src/og/event.ts and
only states the city, since the previous Faculté des Sciences address
may no longer be right.

The site now announces Sunny Tech 2027, but OpenPlanner still serves the
2026 programme, speakers and sponsors. Add PROGRAM_EDITION to
src/og/event.ts and use it to label those parts as 2026: menu entries,
the hero "Voir le programme 2026" button, the sponsors heading and
banner, the speakers and session pages, and the llms.txt sections.

Speaker OG cards also show the 2026 dates again and keep their
sunnytech-2026-07 filename suffix. Align PROGRAM_EDITION with EVENT once
OpenPlanner holds the 2027 programme.

https://2026.sunny-tech.io now serves the 2026 site from the
sunnytech-2026 Firebase project.

Team members fill in their first and last name, optionally a phone
number, and copy a ready-to-paste Sunny Tech signature (rich HTML for
Gmail, or the raw HTML for Apple Mail and Thunderbird). The email
defaults to firstname@sunny-tech.io and stays editable. The signature
links to the Sunny Tech LinkedIn and Bluesky profiles.

Email clients ignore SVG and stylesheets, so the signature is a table
with inline styles and absolute PNG URLs; the LinkedIn and Bluesky icons
live in public/email-signature/.

The page is not linked anywhere: it is excluded from the sitemap and
served with a noindex robots meta, through a new noindex prop on the
layouts. Copy uses the async Clipboard API and falls back to a selection
copy when the browser refuses it.

The LinkedIn and Bluesky icons now use the Sunny Tech brand pink
(#d63f49) instead of each network's blue. The signature no longer shows
an email address, so the email field and its first-name default are
gone from the form.

The hero no longer links to the 2026 programme, which stays reachable
from the menu. It now invites companies to sponsor the 2027 edition,
linking to the same sponsoring deck as the sponsors block.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The 2027 sponsoring deck becomes a single, unlisted web page: key
figures, benefits, the three classic offers with a comparison table,
the special offers and options, the 2026 flashback with last year's
sponsors from OpenPlanner, what's new in 2027 and the steps to sign up.
Photos come from the deck, resized and served through astro:assets.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Each classic and special offer card gets a button to the sponsors form.
- The trust section lists the best-known past sponsors (Microsoft,
OVHcloud, MAIF…) next to the 2026 logos, from the sponsors history.
- 2027 is the 8th edition, and the Faculté des sciences is no longer
  presented as a new venue.
- Section titles are plain, without the uppercase lines above them.
- The closing block becomes a step timeline next to a form card, on a
light background that no longer blends into the footer.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- "Ils nous ont fait confiance" becomes one logo wall for every sponsor
since 2019, biggest companies first. The 69 logos come from the
archived edition sites and OpenPlanner, trimmed and self-hosted in
public/sponsoring/logos, so the page no longer fetches OpenPlanner.
- The signup steps follow the real flow: confirmation with the invoice,
then payment, which unlocks the logo on the site and the tickets.
- The menu turns white over the dark hero, as on the home page.

CodinGame, SII, Backelite, Adagio and IOcean come from the logos of the
Sunny-Tech/website repository.

The team description gives way to a callout stating that Sunny Tech is
run by a volunteer, non-profit association (loi 1901) since 2016.
