wrong annotations

Thanks for your excellent work! However, Is there something wrong in Line 18403 - Line 18422 of val.json? When I used coco.annToMask(ann) to visualize its mask, an error was reported.

And in the Line 39263, Line 90033, Line 92213, Line 106750...... have similar situation？Perhaps this is a feature rather than a bug? Hope your feedback.

2. strange annotation style.
   If the part of object is occluded by other things, the part will be divided to two masks. Is that correct?
