Fix C# doctest failure in Metric View rename how-to - #435

csharp_doctest requires a run block with output=true to be followed immediately by a plain (untagged) fence. #416 changed it to ```text, which fails the Doctest C# code blocks job on main.

Problem
The Doctest C# code blocks job fails on
mainsince #416 (run 38947235522):#416 changed the output fence after the
renamerun block from a plain fence to ````text.build_scripts/csharp_doctest.py` only accepts a fence with no language tag as the documented output of an `output=true` block.Fix
Restore the plain fence. One-line change.
Verification
python build_scripts/csharp_doctest.py validatepasses for every page containingoutput=truerun blocks.
