PATCH /api/admin/requests/:id gets two optional admin-only fields, createdAt and fulfilledAt (epoch ms). Over MCP the endpoint is the admin_update_request tool.

This lets the 31 bounties imported from tabularis.dev carry the dates from the website's git history: when each was added to the board and when it shipped. fulfilledAt only applies to fulfilled requests.

New test in request-lifecycle.test.ts. 634 pass.

PATCH /api/admin/requests/:id (admin_update_request over MCP) accepts
createdAt and fulfilledAt (epoch ms), so requests imported from a
curated list can carry their real history. fulfilledAt only applies to
fulfilled requests.
