• caps upgrade --all: :calcit-version -> 0.13.19; pinned deps bumped to latest tags
• @calcit/procs synced to ^0.13.19 in package.json / yarn.lock
• modules re-synced via caps

deps.cirru audit: uses |main branch refs (kept as-is); no :dev-dependencies section.

已加入 "packageManager": "yarn@4.12.0"，并在 Actions 中于 setup-node 前启用 Corepack、安装同版本 Yarn；远端 Actions 已重新通过。

• fuzzy-filter 已合并并发布 0.0.10，Termina 依赖已从 0.0.9 更新到该 tag。
• 根据 review comment，在 package.json 增加 packageManager: yarn@4.12.0，与 Yarn Berry lockfile 保持一致。

本地验证：caps --ci、cr calcit.cirru --check-only、yarn install --immutable、server/page JS 编译及 Vite 构建均通过。

已修复上一轮 Actions 失败：setup-node 在 Corepack 启用前检测到全局 Yarn 1.22.22。现在在 setup-node 前执行 corepack enable && corepack install --global yarn@4.12.0，并将构建步骤改为 yarn install --immutable；同时统一修正 workflow steps 缩进。
