Upgrade the canonical Calcit snapshot and @calcit/procs to 0.14.17, refresh the Respo/Calcit dependency stack, and complete the compiler-guided type migration for both server and page entries.\n\nAlso enable strict dependency resolution, pinned Yarn/Actions, immutable installs, toolchain verification, zero-dynamic-method checks, and deprecated API checks in CI.\n\nDependency releases used here:\n- mvc-works/fuzzy-filter 0.0.12\n- Cumulo/cumulo-reel.calcit 0.0.42\n\nValidated locally with both Calcit entries, strict caps resolution, zero dynamic method dispatch, zero deprecated calls, JavaScript emission/syntax checks, and the Vite production build.
