Summary

The translated READMEs (zh-Hans, ja, fr, de, es) still described two capability rows that README.md has since changed.

  1. MCP install step. The translations told users to install the mcp extra via opensquilla[recommended,mcp]. That extra is now empty in pyproject.toml (mcp = []) and mcp>=2.2.0 ships as a base dependency, so the documented command is misleading. Updated to the English wording, which points at docs/mcp-server.md#requirements.

  2. Windows sandbox. The translations said there is no sandbox backend on Windows, and that macOS Seatbelt only generates profiles. README.md now documents macOS running commands through Seatbelt (sandbox-exec) with generated SBPL profiles, and Windows using the native windows_default backend after setup readiness checks.

Scope

Documentation only: 5 files, 10 changed lines. No code, tests, or packaging touched.

Checks

  • node opensquilla-webui/scripts/check-readme-locales.mjs -> OK for all 6 locales
  • Relative links in the changed rows resolve (docs/mcp-server.md#requirements exists)
  • No opensquilla[recommended,mcp] remains in any README

The zh-Hans, ja, fr, de, and es READMEs still described the pre-SDK-2.2 MCP extra install (opensquilla[recommended,mcp]) and a Windows sandbox gap that README.md already resolved. The mcp extra is now empty in pyproject.toml, so the documented install command is misleading.

Merge queue CI: success — run 40461946186, attempt 1.
Tested queue candidate: 5fce6c3ab452a5c216d8bf19d179f71cb2d98502. This result belongs to that combined tree, not necessarily the PR's current head.

The run summary lists reused suites and executed checks. A green PR check alone does not mean queue validation has passed.
