Summary

• Deduplicate existing owner guides by linking to their canonical contracts; no guide split or new documentation file.
• Reduce docs/development-workflow.md from 743 to 571 lines. Across nine Markdown files: 521 lines removed, 196 added (net -325).
• Keep delivery authority, cumulative-diff verification, complete critical evidence, external-code isolation, signing boundaries, channel isolation and exact-candidate/stable upgrade gates intact.
• Remove stale aggregate-check claims, qualify path-filtered dev CLI acceptance, correct stable-only managed-SSH release acceptance, and remove the retired Connector Docker gate.
• Remove the dated model-preset audit inventory; current semantic facts and their sources remain owned by the registry and its maintenance rules.
• Deduplicate CLI/remote/local lifecycle instructions and implemented-stage summaries. Retain still-implemented source fallback and shipped migration compatibility.

Verification

• pnpm test:contract:workflow: 12 files, 104 tests passed; selector receipt accepted.
• pnpm test:select --help and pnpm test:suites --tier e2e --explain: actual documented commands exercised successfully; discovery output is not product acceptance.
• In-memory Markdown check: 182 local Markdown/wikilink destinations and heading anchors valid; fences balanced in all nine affected files. No throwaway files retained.
• Checked current Actions predicates and existing CLI source-fallback implementation for the removed/corrected claims.
• Incorporated current origin/dev; its intervening change only adds the version-lifecycle plan/index, not executable behavior.
• No product, test, dependency or workflow implementation changed; owner typechecks, browser/native smoke and the full suite are not applicable to this documentation-only diff.

Boundary touch

• Documentation of delivery/release/test contracts only; no trading, auth, persisted-state or signing execution changes.

Remote feedback

• Previous integrated PR docs: plan version lifecycle convergence #1722 clean-build succeeded. Its dev publication was still running when inspected.
• The older superseded dev run 36901121152 failed during dugite postinstall on a GitHub HTTPS connect timeout, not a product assertion. No release/build job was retried for this documentation change.
