CSS for Groundwork interferes with Index.css #191
Description
Need to update the docs to move this line
import "@usace/groundwork/dist/style.css";
To the main.jsx file. If you do not various style issues occur
search glass on top of Search text

Related backlog: #179 is the Tailwind upgrade umbrella, and #265 records the Tailwind 3/4 cascade-layer conflict. This issue remains separately scoped to documenting the required Groundwork CSS import order and is currently addressed by PR #303.
