feat: report agent framework from integration factories [PC-5233] - #375

The llamaindex, openai-agents, google-adk, pydantic-ai and agent-framework factories returned no settings, so coded run telemetry and governance audit events could not tell these frameworks apart. Each factory now reports uipath_coded and its registry name as the framework. They also move to uipath 2.14, the first line that emits CodedAgentRun events. Before this they were pinned below it and sent no run telemetry.
Use the underscore labels uipath-runtime documents for governance (openai_agents, google_adk, agent_framework, and pydantic_ai to match), since the same strings land in App Insights and audit events. The llamaindex, openai-agents, google-adk and pydantic-ai scaffolds still pinned the previous minor line, so projects created with uipath new resolved to versions that report no framework. They now start at the versions in this change, with a test that the range accepts the package's own release.

Coded run telemetry reads the framework from the factory settings, but these five factories returned none, so a llamaindex run and an openai-agents run looked the same in App Insights. Each now reports
