The `template/` project that Studio Web embeds as its "Start with sample" scaffold still locked uipath-langchain 0.18.0 (uipath 2.14.16, uipath-dev 0.0.85). Re-lock it with `uv lock --upgrade` so new sample projects start on the current release: uipath-langchain 0.18.50, uipath 2.14.43, uipath-runtime 0.13.6. The dependency range in template/pyproject.toml is unchanged (>=0.18.0, <0.19.0), matching the `uipath new` scaffold pin. The template inherits the repo's `exclude-newer = "2 days"` policy, which filtered out the most recent uipath-langchain releases. Opt the package itself out of that filter alongside the other first-party packages; the root uv.lock only picks up the new option entry (no version changes). Raise the lower bound from 0.13.0 to 0.13.5, the version uipath 2.14.4x and the integrations packages already require, so uipath-langchain cannot resolve an older runtime than the SDK it runs on. The lockfile already pinned 0.13.5; only the specifier changes. Bump to 0.18.51 to release it.
