Semantic review found that Steam catch-up could use current totals or a snapshot after the historical window, missing per-game baselines could turn lifetime playtime into period activity, and current PR merge status could rewrite an earlier close event. Use a historical endpoint inside the window, exclude unknown game baselines, label snapshot timing differences as approximate, and only enrich merge status when the merge timestamp matches the event. Existing event payload status remains authoritative. Document bounded source and best-effort model-review limits. Validation: 100 offline tests / 446 assertions, formatting and diff checks pass. No live data collection, publication, bot restart or configuration changes.
