Describe the bug
Managed to connect 0 times in the past 2 days, logs have been sent. There were a few requests to GARRY, the guy is definitely funny and amusing, you can joke and spend time with him, but all his hint methods for solving the problem were hopeless and useless. I don't think it's necessary to write about the location, everything's clear anyway, no extra questions needed. Waiting for an update.
I won't send the log, I think you already have ways to find the sent logs. The reason is quite clear, the logs are too non-confidential. Mac, IP, and other information are revealed, and from your side, this is already bad for reputation. Well, I've already drawn conclusions, they're just conclusions, they could be wrong, but this is what they are: You are not going to fix anything, and the one who plans to fix, tries to provide some information, keep updated on 'what, when, why, and how'. There is no urgency, I don't know how it is with the paid version and I won't check, because I don't want to lose the financial part, let others check that.
I think that if this affects you, you'll draw some conclusions and improve the situation based on what was said.

just launch it, damn it, change any settings and find where I am, it's not hard to guess
