ci: run the browser checks in parallel - #10

The axe check opens up to four pages at once (A11Y_CONCURRENCY) and can check a share of the stories (A11Y_SHARD); CI splits the Vue and React Storybooks in halves. Playwright runs every test on its own (fullyParallel) with 75 % of the cores in CI, so the single big files (visual, css/parity) no longer run on one worker. Screenshots wait until nothing scrolls any more: the baseline of the native LogViewer (Follow) showed a list halfway to its end. Signed-off-by: Florian Laabs <florian.laabs@wirecore.net>
Typed key by key, Ark's input sync overwrote a key on a slow CI runner ("John De"); the test is about taking own entries.

With several pages at once a busy runner caught pdf.js re-rendering a page: its text pointed to links that were not there yet (aria-owns). The check waits until the story has not changed for 150 ms (at most 3 s). Signed-off-by: Florian Laabs <florian.laabs@wirecore.net>
