Scanning the whole window prefix for every candidate sentence end made chunking a 5 MB document twice as slow as on main (8.9 s -> 17.0 s). Output is unchanged; the 5 MB run is now 10.1 s. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…raction - mesa add requires --source; the cell failed with an argparse error. - With extraction on, a document is searchable only after the LLM has read it; the cell now waits for a hit before searching. - Readiness polling stops when mesa start exits instead of waiting 5 min. - vLLM recipe: MESA_PORT in ~/.mesa/.env is not read by mesa start (use --port), and embeddings need a model the adapters extra can run. … is set The SDK uses MESA_API_KEY before credentials.json (P4-02), so with the optional bootstrap key the README's in-container mesa commands ran as the bootstrap principal, which has no local dataset grants. Round 11 prepares the v0.9.0 package and makes the documented local install and Docker workflows work with automatically provisioned credentials.
Validation: the full R11-opus gate passed at 321f68a (lock, sync, Ruff, Mypy, layer checks, 1776 local tests and 10 MCP tests). Fresh-wheel installation and Docker add/search/restart paths were verified. Real-provider Colab execution remains for Round 12 acceptance.
