Update install commands to published 'mesa-memory[adapters]' package across README, getting-started guide, and Colab notebook. Note Colab session restart after Step 1. Finalize v0.9.0 date in CHANGELOG.md, update docs/release.md, and add regression tests in tests/test_deployment_assets.py.

Prepare the v0.9.0 repository documentation for the PyPI release. General installation commands now use
pip install "mesa-memory[adapters]"; getting-started retains one Git installation example for development. Add the Colab restart note, date the changelog, and mark the README installation step complete.Validation on head
59db4dcd6c84:R12-sol: PASS (lock, sync, Ruff, Mypy, layer imports, local and MCP suites).
