This sync adds the terminal client, local project binding, manual conversation compaction, DeepSeek internet search, and sidebar group controls to the generated CE tree.

It also carries the runtime, canvas preview, quoting, and sandbox process improvements that remain ahead of public main. MCP results now expose the tool value directly and historical envelopes remain readable. The CE project modal accepts controlled state so the sidebar and desktop frontend compile successfully.

The tree was generated from the private source using the CE manifest and overlay. No private repository history is included. Public main merged #208 during this sync. Its independent cold-bootstrap import-governance fix is retained. Merge conflicts were resolved to the exact CE tree already checked by the release gates. This overlaps pending sync PRs #209 and #210; review and merge only the desired sync.

Validation:

• CE exclusion, required-file, binary allowlist, branding, and license gates passed.
• CE import/OpenAPI/ORM checks, release regression tests, and frontend production build passed.
• 91 targeted backend tests passed in the source tree.
• Full frontend build and sidebar navigation browser tests passed.
• Terminal client tests: 40 passed; the interactive app test file cannot run because its imported dev/fake-engine fixture is missing from the source repository. This remains a known validation limitation.
