This sync restores saved desktop sessions, pools cloud bridge HTTP connections, and keeps the run monitor within the conversation column. It also improves mobile layouts, loading states, workbench controls, and personal project folder navigation.

The community tree retires ontology governance, including its API, UI, and stored data through the CE migration. Enterprise team access remains excluded. Kubernetes space synchronization helpers and matching deployment documentation are included.

Validation:

• CE required files, forbidden artifacts, binary allowlist, branding, and license gates passed.
• CE import, OpenAPI, ORM, and release regression checks passed in an isolated import environment.
• CE frontend production build passed, including translation, dark mode, loading motion, native control, and TypeScript checks.
• Related desktop bridge and plugin regression tests passed.

The derived tree was compared against the current public main branch. This PR contains 449 changed files, largely due to retiring ontology features and syncing the new runtime and UI modules.
