Build auto-invest rule management and execution API #1031
Description
Summary
Implement endpoints for creating and managing auto-invest rules, and a background job that evaluates rules against newly listed keys and executes qualifying purchases.
Scope
- POST /auto-invest/rules — create rule with category, min rating, max price, max per key
- GET /auto-invest/rules?wallet= — list active rules for wallet
- PATCH /auto-invest/rules/:id — update or toggle rule
- DELETE /auto-invest/rules/:id — delete rule
- Execution job triggered on each new key listing event
Acceptance Criteria
- Rule CRUD endpoints work correctly with validation
- Execution job evaluates rules correctly against all criteria
- Balance threshold check prevents execution when insufficient
- AutoInvestExecuted event recorded with rule and key IDs
- Multiple matching rules execute independently per wallet
