Summary

Index ActionProposed, ActionSigned, and ActionExecuted governance multi-sig events and expose REST endpoints for listing pending actions, signature counts, and execution history.

Scope

  • Indexer processes all three events into multisig_actions and signatures tables
  • GET /multisig/actions/pending — list of pending actions with signature count and threshold
  • GET /multisig/actions/:action_id — single action detail with signer list and params
  • GET /multisig/actions/history — completed and expired actions with outcomes
  • Signer set fetched from contract to validate signature eligibility

Acceptance Criteria

  • All three events indexed correctly with no gaps
  • Pending list returns accurate signature count and threshold for each action
  • Action detail returns correct signer list and parameter data
  • History returns accurate completed and expired records
  • Signer eligibility validated correctly against on-chain signer set
