The governance page records the August 6 appointments but does not include the separately dated September board announcement or its professional titles. This refresh adds the announcement to governance and links it from About, including Benjamin Masse's announced President role and the source/publication date. The Fortune 100 representative remains unnamed.

The change is limited to server/public/governance.html and server/public/about.html. All existing governance content is preserved byte for byte: the original directors, August consent and appointment qualifications, June 11 bylaws, board sizes, transition deadline, terms, recusal and tax status. The notice before the announcement table explains that the two records differ (including Webster/Gierlinska at TAU), that neither difference proves appointments, departures or vacancies, and that #7055 remains open. The About advisor labels match the official announcement.

Primary source: AgenticAdvertising.org announcement, published September 29, 2026, with a September 28 press dateline. All 22 entries, Masse's titles and the strategic-advisor wording were checked against that source. This PR does not determine unresolved formal governance facts.

Fresh main-based head: 4a3ec62a5e8b3579d333df9d4a6e494d2bafe151 (qualified against main 487aff1cf). Sonnet and Haiku approve the exact committed two-file diff. An independent byte-preservation check passes; all 49 navigation checks pass, and actual Chrome About-to-governance journeys pass at desktop and mobile widths, including sticky-header clearance and no page-width overflow. The normal commit hook passes: 1,106 root tests, all 748 server test files (12,493 assertions passed; 31 skipped), guards and server/rollout-fixture typechecks. Fresh GitHub CI is green on this exact head, including all four canonical, server-unit and integration shards, Build/static checks and security analysis. Earlier stacked-head reviews are superseded; normal review is required on this refreshed head. The old eight-file scope and historical stacked-head tests are superseded; #7968 has merged and is no longer a dependency. No protocol source, package release surface or migration changes are included.

Refs #7055; partial publication of dated source material only. Normal review and CI gates remain required. Auto-merge remains off.

Ladon verdict: Approve

Approve — clean governance/docs reconciliation.

Checked:

  • 8-file governance/docs update (interim board → announced September 2026 founding roster). No protocol surface touched: no static/schemas/source/**, no docs/reference/**, no dist/** artifacts, no release scripts. The no-changeset reasoning is correct.
  • Anchor integrity verified: CHARTER.md renames § 4.1 but retains a backward-compat <a id="41-interim-board">; inbound links repointed to the new anchor; residual #41-interim-board references are confined to immutable dist release snapshots (untouched). New #board-roster anchor matches inbound links.
  • Scope3 recusal precedent retained in substance.

Gates:

  • gated_paths: false; high_risk: false; no no-auto-approve team match; no prior decision.
  • No Critical/High/Medium findings. This is a non-breaking editorial/governance change, not a protocol wire change — the breaking-class hard gate does not apply.

No rows 1–8 fired → row 9 approve.

Ladon verdict: Approve

Approve — clean documentation/content update with no blocking or medium findings.

This PR (#7970) replaces interim-board references with the September 2026 announced founding board across 8 docs/HTML files (CHARTER.md, CONTRIBUTORS.md, working-group docs, FAQ, governance charter, and server public HTML pages).

Verified by the reviewer:

  • All five cross-file links retargeted to the new CHARTER.md anchor, with the old #41-interim-board anchor preserved for backward compatibility.
  • #board-roster target exists for the /governance#board-roster links.
  • 22-row roster matches the stated count (including the unnamed Fortune 100 rep).
  • Masse's CPO/Board-President title and removal of the May 6 AGM date are consistent across all delta files.
  • Naming corrected to "AgenticAdvertising.org" (repo-correct form).
  • No static/schemas/source/** or docs/reference/** surface touched, so correctly no changeset required.

No high-risk flag, no gated paths, review_decision is APPROVED, no no-auto-approve team match. No critical/high/medium findings. Falls through to row 9 — approve. Consistent with the prior clean approve.

Ladon verdict: Approve

Approve — clean diff, no blocking findings.

Checked: the PR touches only two member-platform static pages (server/public/about.html, server/public/governance.html), renaming "Interim advisors" → "Strategic advisors" and adding a September board-announcement roster. No protocol surface (static/schemas/source/**, dist/**, normative reference docs) is touched, so no changeset is required and schema↔docs coherence, oneOf-discriminator, and artifact-immutability gates do not apply. Real person/brand names are appropriate here — this is a factual governance roster citing an official announcement, not a new example, so the fictional-company and character-bible conventions do not trigger. Cross-page anchor /governance#board-roster matches the new id="board-roster"; AgenticAdvertising.org/AdCP naming is correct.

Gate check: gated_paths is false, high_risk is false, no no-auto-approve team match, and the reviewer surfaced zero critical/high/medium findings. Rows 1–8 of the decision table do not fire, so this falls through to row 9 — approve. (Row 2 does not apply because gated_paths is false even though review_decision is REVIEW_REQUIRED.)
