The Release run from the last merge to main has been stuck queued with zero jobs, so v2.0.0 was never published (npm is still on 1.4.0). Two changes make the release recoverable without another merge:

  • workflow_dispatch allows re-running the release on demand.
  • cancel-in-progress on the concurrency group stops a stalled run from holding the queue: previously a new push would sit behind it forever.

Additional Notes

The Release run from the last merge to main has been stuck `queued` with
zero jobs, so v2.0.0 was never published (npm is still on 1.4.0). Two
changes make the release recoverable without another merge:

- `workflow_dispatch` allows re-running the release on demand.
- `cancel-in-progress` on the concurrency group stops a stalled run from
holding the queue: previously a new push would sit behind it forever.
