The aim42 method reference has moved to aim42.org (source: aim42/aim42.org-site).
This site only redirects: index.html maps old #Anchor links to the new pattern
pages (generated from _data/anchors.yml in aim42.org-site), and 404.html forwards
old image and download URLs.
