- execCommand wraps exec.Command with buffered output capture
- prefixWriter prefixes subprocess output line-by-line (e.g. [git])
- --verbose flag streams subprocess output to stderr
- execGitCommand supports configurable git path
- Log() for status messages to stderr
- duplicate repo check in AddRepo
- misc formatting and indent fixe
