The group and its only entry, org.apache.ofbiz.bi, belonged to the bi plugin, which is being removed.

The bi plugin is being removed (OFBIZ-13764), so this removes the OLAP/BI General entity group and its org.apache.ofbiz.bi entry from the seed data, which only that plugin used. The generic olap datasource configuration is left in place. The plugin removal itself is in apache/ofbiz-plugins#484.
