Judge: goals only group targets, and -show prints a report as text, Markdown or a page - #95

…arkdown or a page A goal only groups targets. The summary each goal carried (its main target, worst class, first recorded finding and scores) is removed. It repeated what the targets already say. `-labels` is renamed `-goals`. A regroup's header key is `goals`, and its frames are `goals_text` and `goal`. One type, `Goal`, holds the judge's goals and a person's. `-show` prints the latest closed run, and `-run N` names another. The text is a tree, goal by goal: each target's status and why, its score, its criteria, what was done and what is missing. It ends with the overall assessment and the overall result. It has no ids and no step addresses. `-format markdown` prints the key conclusions only, with each web address written as code, exactly as it stands. `-format html` prints one page that opens as a local file with no server. It uses Horizon's design and has a table of targets, each with a button to its details. Each target is folded to its status and score. A cited step opens in a dialog. The steps are read at the round the run judged and withheld as `view.hide` says. A conversation pulled from another asz shows no steps. The navigation server writes its log's closing line when the agent CLI ends it with SIGINT or SIGTERM, as Claude Code 2.1.312 does, after the answer being given is written and logged.

What changes
-labelsis renamed-goals. A regroup's header key isgoals, and its frames aregoals_textandgoal. One type,Goal, holds the judge's goals and a person's.-showprints the latest closed run, and-run Nnames another. The text is a tree, goal by goal: each target's status and why, its score, its criteria, what was done and what is missing. It ends with the overall assessment and the overall result. It has no ids and no step addresses.-format markdownprints the key conclusions only: a table of every goal's targets with status and score, what each target is missing, and the overall lists. A web address is written as code, exactly as it stands, since a renderer that links it keeps an escape inside it.-format htmlprints one page that opens as a local file with no server. It uses Horizon's design and the asz page's header. A table of targets comes first, each with a button to its details. Each target is folded to its status and score, and opens to its criteria with their evidence, what was done and what is missing. A cited step opens in a dialog. The steps are read at the round the run judged and withheld asview.hidesays. A conversation pulled from another asz shows no steps.Tests
