Adds config.proxy.expose_debug_headers (default false) to the aisix chart. It is rendered into the gateway config file through the ConfigMap like the other config.proxy keys. The gateway key comes from api7/aisix#1364: it turns on the x-aisix-call-id / x-aisix-served-by / x-aisix-route / x-aisix-cache* response headers on /v1/chat/completions, which are off by default from that release on.

This PR is held for the chart bump of the release that ships api7/aisix#1364. A gateway image older than that rejects the unknown key, so don't merge it before then. The chart-vs-gateway config drift check fails until appVersion points at that release.
