Summary

This PR improves integration cleanup, expands CI coverage and resolves the current Hassfest validation failures.

Integration cleanup

• Removes shared Wiser services after the final configured hub is unloaded.
• Removes shared Lovelace resources after the final hub is unloaded.
• Rebinds shared service handlers to another loaded hub when operating with multiple hubs.
• Ensures hot-water services are owned by a hub that supports hot water.

CI improvements

• Runs validation for pull requests and pushes targeting dev and master.
• Runs the complete unit-test suite instead of a limited selection.
• Separates unit tests from HACS and Hassfest validation.
• Updates the workflows to Python 3.13 and current GitHub Actions versions.
• Adds manual workflow dispatch support.
• Runs the complete test suite before publishing releases.

Hassfest fixes

• Declares history_stats as an after_dependency.
• Sorts the integration manifest keys according to Hassfest requirements.
• Replaces climate preset values with valid translation keys while preserving the existing Wiser API values through bidirectional mapping.
• Replaces camelCase OpenTherm selector keys with valid snake_case translation keys while preserving compatibility with the API parameter names.
• Adds climate preset and OpenTherm selector translations for all 12 supported languages.

Testing

• Added unload lifecycle and multi-hub service ownership tests.
• Added CI workflow regression tests.
• Added manifest dependency and key-order validation.
• Added climate preset translation, icon and API-mapping tests.
• Added OpenTherm selector translation and API-mapping tests.
• Validated that every translation catalogue contains matching keys.
• Confirmed all modified JSON files are valid.
