chore: remove tracked editor settings and SDKs

Task

• Refs atls/infrastructure#1615
• Remove the tracked .vscode/ settings and generated .yarn/sdks/ editor files from atls/hyperion and ignore local editor files.

How to verify

1. Inspect the base branch with git ls-files; the editor files named above are tracked.
2. Inspect this branch with git ls-files; those editor files are absent. git check-ignore --no-index confirms that their local replacements stay untracked.

Proofs

• The diff changes only editor files and their ignore rules.
• git diff --check passes. Yarn runtime, lockfile, application code, tests, and release configuration are unchanged.
