Validate each external processor register map and require a boot-loader handoff marker before touching its hardware. For desktop 26.x Type-C routes, power the selected DP PHY for the route lifetime and leave idle pipelines unassigned. The existing generic Type-C fabric carries the Alt Mode and HPD notifications. Connect dcpext1 to the three USB-C DPPHY and display crossbar outputs using the ADT UFP mapping and the existing DCP Type-C route graph. Keep the connector links disabled until the external firmware and DART handoff is available; the fixed HDMI route on dcpext0 remains separate. This is a preparation series. The current J616s loader hands off the internal DCP only. It does not yet publish the external firmware and display DART handoff marker, bandwidth resource, or enabled connector links. The AOP HPD IRQ and HDMI bridge SMC power/reset service also need qualification for the built-in HDMI port. No external display is claimed working by this PR.
The J616s hardware agent should boot a candidate only through its approved J616s session/source/resource/ownership path. Do not unbind an external DCP from a live DRM device; the component master includes both DCPs once enabled.
Offline checks
