feat: consent non-repudiation, Experiment Center EA, OIDC client support; remove Organization Templates

Summary

Automated SDK regeneration adding Consent Non-Repudiation for Resource Servers, a major expansion of the Experimentation API (Feature Flags, Variations, and Segments resources plus full CRUD/lifecycle operations on Experiments), OIDC support configuration on client creation, SHA-384 certificate thumbprints for enterprise connections, and a new my-account async-approval notification channel.
This regeneration also removes the Organization Templates resource.

Resource Servers — Consent Non-Repudiation (EA)

• Add require_consent_non_repudiation (boolean) to POST /api/v2/resource-servers and PATCH /api/v2/resource-servers/{id} request bodies, and to all resource-server response models
• Affected types: CreateResourceServerRequestContent, UpdateResourceServerRequestContent (requests.ts); CreateResourceServerResponseContent, GetResourceServerResponseContent, UpdateResourceServerResponseContent, ResourceServer, ResourceServerSearchResponse (types.ts)

• Add experimentation.experiments operations — list(), create(), get(id),update(id), delete(id), updateStatus(id), validate(id)

Clients — OIDC support

• Add oidc_support to CreateClientRequestContent
  • New types: ClientOidcSupportPost (is_allowed, allow_all_scopes, allowed_scopes),
    ClientOidcSupportAllowedScopesEnum (profile | email | address | phone)
• Add profile-changed value to ClientOidcBackchannelLogoutInitiatorsEnum
• Add my-account value to AsyncApprovalNotificationsChannelsEnum

Connections — SHA-384 thumbprints

• Add thumbprints_sha384 to AD, ADFS, Azure AD, SAML, generic, and update connection
  options (ConnectionOptionsAd, ConnectionOptionsAdfs, ConnectionOptionsAzureAd,
  ConnectionOptionsCommonSaml, ConnectionPropertiesOptions, UpdateConnectionOptions)
• New types: ConnectionThumbprintsSha384, ConnectionThumbprintsSha384Ad,
  ConnectionThumbprintsSha384Saml
• ConnectionThumbprints doc narrowed to SHA-128 hashes only
• Also add plain thumbprints to ConnectionPropertiesOptions and UpdateConnectionOptions

⚠️ Breaking Changes

1. organizations.organizationTemplate removed

   The Organization Templates sub-resource has been deleted from the Organizations client:

   • client.organizations.organizationTemplate.get(id) — GET /api/v2/organizations/{id}/organization-templates
   • client.organizations.organizationTemplate.assignOrganizationTemplate(id, templateId) — PUT /api/v2/organizations/{id}/organization-templates/{template_id}
   • client.organizations.organizationTemplate.unassignOrganizationTemplate(id, templateId) — DELETE /api/v2/organizations/{id}/organization-templates/{template_id}
   • OauthScope value removed: read:organization_templates
   • ./organizations/organizationTemplate sub-package export removed from package.json

   Removed types: OrganizationTemplate, OrganizationTemplateAllowedStrategyEnum,
   OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityEnum, OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityOverride,
   OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityPolicy, OrganizationTemplateUseForOrganizationDiscovery,
