feat: add Clients search and brute-force form submission mode (Beta); sync v7.3.0 API changes

Summary

Fern SDK regeneration for the beta track. It adds two beta-only Management API features and syncs the API changes already released in stable v7.3.0.

Merging this publishes auth0@7.4.0-beta.1 to npm under the beta tag.

Changes

• feat(clients): add clients.search() (GET /clients/search) with cursor pagination (from/take, default page size 50) and SCIM/Lucene filter support. Responses never include secrets, encryption/signing keys, owners, or addons.
• feat(attack-protection): add form_submission_mode ("manual" | "auto") to brute-force protection settings (get/update).

• feat(experimentation): Experiment Center EA. Full CRUD for experiments (plus updateStatus, validate), featureFlags (plus updateStatus), featureFlags.variations, and segments; new create:/read:/delete:experimentation scopes.
• feat(clients): add oidc_support on client create/update; add the profile-changed back-channel logout initiator.
• feat(resource-servers): add require_consent_non-repudiation.
• feat(connections): add thumbprints_sha384 for AD, ADFS, Azure AD, and SAML connections.
• feat: add the my-account async approval notification channel.
• docs(users): clarify that users.list is not suited for critical paths.
• BREAKING: remove Organization Templates (organizations.organizationTemplate, related types, and the read:organization_templates scope).

• Breaking change on beta: Organization Templates are removed, matching stable v7.3.0. Code that uses client.organizations.organizationTemplate.* will fail to compile.
• Tests: new wire tests for all new Experimentation methods and for clients.search (including pagination); organizationTemplate.test.ts is removed.

Testing

• yarn test passes
• yarn build and yarn lint:package pass
• Squash commit message keeps the <!-- BETA --> / <!-- STABLE --> blocks so the release notes are generated correctly
