…R login #134 removed routes/applications.py, but the boss_login operations and the Settings BossLoginCard stayed, so 扫码登录 returned 404. Add a small router that forwards GET /boss-login and POST /boss-login/{start|cancel|logout} to the existing operations.

设置页「扫码登录」返回 Not Found：#134 删掉了 routes/applications.py，但 get/start/cancel_boss_login、logout_boss 这几个操作和前端 bossLogin.ts 都还在。

Rebased onto main (6ef9569) and reopened; supersedes closed #146.
Local backend tests: no new failures vs main (the 8 failing on main are 7 Windows-only test_boss_sync WinError 193 and the change-capture FK test fixed by #166).
