This adds Neotask to the install instructions.

Changes
Neotask lists seven of these plugins on Construct, its plugin catalog:
Construct imports them from this repository at a pinned commit, re-checks that the repository still belongs to the Amazon Web Services GitHub organization on every publish, and labels them "Official · by Amazon Web Services". Neotask reads the existing
.claude-pluginmanifests, so no new files are needed. Neotask doesn't run plugin hooks, and it leaves out the plugins' bundled MCP servers because Neotask has no matching connections for them, so a Neotask install carries the skills. The README change adds a "Neotask" entry last in the Installation section, in the same format as the Claude Code entry, and adds Neotask to the list of supported agents.
Install:
neotask construct install <ref>, for exampleneotask construct install aws-deploy-on-awsHappy to change the wording or placement, or to drop this if you'd rather not list Neotask.
