- drop the labctl console script (another project's name on PyPI; it put a second command on users' PATH) - drop the LABCTL_* environment fallback and the silently ignored legacy config keys (group_name, policy_name, lambda_role_name, policy_file): unknown config keys are now an error instead of being ignored - remove the unused deleters.order_of helper and an unused import in run.py - tests that protected the shims now pin the new behaviour Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Cut the feature list, ASCII architecture, deployment-modes table, FAQ and marketing sections. Remove claims for things that do not exist (AWS labs running in a private CI repo with OIDC; a stale test count). Add the rag-ide pack, its three platforms and the local RAG lab, marked unreleased.
