AML pack 2/5: policy documents, case files, regulation text - #9

Authored policy manual, alert procedure and report-writing guide per jurisdiction, with every regulation citation checked offline against a committed section index. One case file per alert, with the answers kept out. eCFR (31 CFR Chapter X parts 1010 and 1020) and Justice Laws (PCMLTFA and two regulations) parsers produce section chunks that carry a licence notice. Chunk snapshots now refuse fetch-only sources. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
