Tighten Advait Bhat’s headshot framing across the homepage, Team page, and profile so the face is the focus and less open space appears above and below.
Validation:
npm run checkpasses (30 JavaScript tests, 41 Python tests, and 106 exported pages). Verified the crop on all three views at desktop and phone widths with no overflow or browser errors.
