Summary

• combine the current Renovate dependency and GitHub Action updates
• pin every direct dependency to an exact version
• require releases to age for one day before Renovate proposes them
• migrate CI to pnpm 12.4.1, actions/setup-node v7, and actions/checkout v7
• preserve pull_request_target fork checkout behavior with the explicit unsafe-checkout opt-in
• update @actions/core imports for v3 ESM compatibility
• update Berachain SDK reward-vault handling for the v0.4 response shape
• keep native dependency build scripts disabled because validation succeeds without them

Supersedes #407, #410, #413, #434, #441, #444, #446, #447, #448, #450, and #451. The checkout v7 update supersedes the parallel v6 update.
