found some mosaic code hiding in an unused vanilla instruction that wasn't documented clearly.

bank 82 is pretty well used, went through and documented the unused vanilla routines that are actually unused.
found some mosaic code hiding in an unused vanilla instruction that wasn't documented clearly (was in the new vanilla hooks) so added it to the bank-82.txt map also.
The boots only fix now fits in the vanilla location with a smaller external table which fit in a smaller unused routine almost exactly so freed back off the other space.
