Project Setup Steps

1. Created a new GitHub repository with a default README.
2. Cloned the repository to the local machine in the Documents folder.
3. Opened the project folder in VS Code.
4. Added a .gitignore file to exclude unnecessary files.

Create Project Virtual Environment

On Windows, create a project virtual environment in the .venv folder:

py -m venv .venv
.venv\Scripts\Activate
py -m pip install -r requirements.txt

## Overview
This project demonstrates how to create and manipulate a SQLite database using Python. It includes operations such as creating tables, inserting, updating, and querying data.

## Running the Script  
To run the database script:  
This will:  
- Create a `my_database.db` SQLite database.  
- Insert, update, and query user data.  
- Output the results in the terminal and pandas DataFrame.
