so uh sorry i'm not a very techy person and i'm very new to ios, can u write a step by step on how to do this?

For my (poor) techy experience, you can just download Sideloadly on your mac or linux or windows, and then upload the .ipa file you are interested in (is basically the analogous of an .apk but for Apple environment).
For this project in particular, you can both compile the Tweak.m file to make a .dylib file to inject it in the Sideload window of the Sideloadly App or you just inject the .dylib file he has published in the releases.

You must have a decrypted .ipa file, i suggest to use a telegram bot to get the decrypted .ipa file of any AppStore app.
