Summary

That is a follow-up to the wallet migration (#300) before tagging v3.13.0. Inside a Safe App the transaction banner never confirmed, the last open dependency-audit finding (react-gtm-module) is swapped and the transaction feedback copy is corrected. No user-facing changes beyond those.

Changes:

Safe App receipts — the Safe provider answers eth_sendTransaction with the Safe transaction hash, not an on-chain hash, and only that provider can map it to a receipt once the multisig executes. After #300 the receipt was polled on the public HTTP client, which never finds that hash, so the banner spun until viem's 180 s timeout. useTransaction now polls through the wallet client when the Safe connector is active.

stake → Safe provider returns safeTxHash → owners sign and execute in Safe → walletClient.waitForTransactionReceipt → provider maps safeTxHash to the receipt → banner confirmed

Receipt polling has no deadline again for every wallet (ethers' wait() had none, viem defaults to 180 s), and the replaced-transaction check is skipped on the Safe path, where the provider only returns a placeholder transaction.

Google Tag Manager — react-gtm-module (abandoned 2020) → GoogleTagManager from @next/third-parties, rendered by TrackerProvider in production only and only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_TAG_MANAGER_ID is set. GA4 events go through react-ga4 and are unchanged.

Copy — "Withdrawed" → "Withdrawn", "Stake set" → "Staked", "a ENS" → "an ENS", "with success" → "successfully", and a capital letter after "hired!" / "created!".

Notes

• The banner keeps showing the Safe hash, as before the migration. The receipt the Safe provider returns carries that hash too. Showing the execution hash would need the Safe Apps SDK directly and is left out.
