This pull request is part of an authorized security-research access-control test under the Google OSS VRP program. It verifies whether CI runs triggered by pull requests from a brand-new first-time contributor require maintainer approval in this repository.

The change is documentation-only (README.md, +5 lines, no workflow/script/code touched). The pull request will be closed immediately after the observation and the fork deleted. No action is needed from maintainers.

Added a note regarding an authorized security-research access-control test under the Google OSS VRP program. Updated formatting for clarity.

Code Review

This pull request updates the README.md file to append a section explaining an authorized access-control probe conducted under the Google OSS VRP program. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments.

Observation complete: the pull_request CI run (Build e2e tests) shows action_required - awaiting maintainer approval - for this brand-new first-time-contributor account. Closing as planned; the fork will be deleted. No action needed.
