Code Review

This pull request upgrades Guava to version 32.0.0-jre and replaces several deprecated or legacy Guava utilities with standard Java APIs, such as using StandardCharsets, java.util.Objects, and updating service lifecycle methods. It also replaces Throwables.propagate with Throwables.throwIfUnchecked. The review feedback highlights that the bytecode generation sequence in FieldAccessorGenerator can be simplified to a more standard pattern. Additionally, in multiple files, Throwables.throwIfUnchecked is redundant when catching checked exceptions and should be removed to directly throw the wrapped RuntimeException.
